Unlike PicsArt Pixlr doesn't allow you to import pictures from other services but it allows you to share directly with your social network .This app is also meant for those who love spending time , fine tuning their photo graphs . Those will short attention span will find this app cubersome.

One of the more famous photography apps on the Windows Phone OS ecosytem. It is very straight-forward.You take a picture , and then pass it through any one of the 43 filters on offer. Each filter has a very unique name but it frankly does not tell what it does . You can share your pics on Facebook ,Twitter , Flickr or Tumblr Accounts.

This is an paid app on the Windows Store which is little advanced when comapred to the previous app Lomogram. It passes the photograph to the function namely "edit fx" , "Style fx" and "frames" respectively. There isn't much tweaking you can do here .This app is not a value for money but it is good if you have money.This app retails for $1 or simply Rs 55 in India.
